Co-founded in 2010 by Toronto designers Ela Aldorsoon and her husband Martin, Ela instantly made waves world-wide with it's refined and sophisticated silhouettes that strive to showcase, rather than upstage the wearer, even catching the attention of Gwyneth Paltrow and Meghan Markle. "Humble luxury" is their brand philosophy and they believe that great design and quality should be accessible .
Since the brand's inception, Ela took a step back and re-evaluated what was important to them, finally coming together to launch their new entirely vegan line this past September. Focusing on sustainability and animal-safe practises, this new line is not only a conscious choice, it is also at a very approachable price point.
